We are absolutely heartbroken. Our sweet girl, Lilith, was seriously injured in a sudden accident, and she now needs urgent surgery to save her paw.

While I was carrying her, she unexpectedly jumped from my arms and landed the wrong way. We rushed her to the emergency vet, terrified something was wrong. After X-rays, we received devastating news — Lilith broke four toes on her front paw.

The fractures are severe. The vet told us she needs to see an orthopedic specialist immediately and will likely require surgery to properly repair the bones. Without surgical intervention, her paw may heal incorrectly, leaving her with long-term pain, mobility issues, or permanent damage.

Right now, she can’t put weight on her paw. She’s confused, hurting, and not herself. Seeing her in pain and not being able to explain what’s happening has been one of the hardest things we’ve experienced.

We have already paid for the emergency visit, X-rays, and splinting, but the orthopedic surgery is urgent and time-sensitive. The costs are more than we can manage alone, and we are doing everything we can to get her the care she needs as quickly as possible.

Lilith isn’t just a dog — she’s family. She’s our shadow, our comfort, and our joy. She deserves the chance to run, play, and live without pain.
