Heya, I'm Lilith. I'm a trans woman who's trying to complete her journey with some final surgeries while also having other health issues. I have good insurance, but as we all know, co-pays can be very expensive. I'm the sole provider for my family, and I don't make a whole lot of money, so I've been having to put off my surgeries/operations, and it's really taking a toll on my mental health.

Any help I could get would be amazing. I want to get my transitional operations done before the current administration in the US tries to make it impossible. Thank you.
