Help Liliana Estrada with Medical Bills

Hello, my name is Maria Madueno and this is my cousin Liliana Estrada. She is in medical need of help and support. She has no funds, no insurance, and I am doing this for her. She is 53 years old, cannot work because of her condition, and is staying with me in my apartment.
