Help Lijah Beat Retinoblastoma
Donation protected
This is gorgeous two month old Lijah, son of our close friends Annie and Jay. He is currently going through simply what no two month old & his family should be having to go through.
As many of you know, at just 6 weeks old, little Lijah was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma, a rare childhood cancer that affects the eye.
After being urgently referred down to the QLD Children’s Hospital where his Retinoblastoma diagnosis was confirmed, a suitable treatment plan was put into place and this is where the challenging journey for Lijah and his family began.
The money raised will help Annie and Jay with all of the financial costs involved, including the constant travelling back and forth to Brisbane over the next 12 months, the away from home costs like accommodation & meals, to be able to have their daughter Elladee present with them, ongoing medication for Lijah and to also help with loss of income.
It will also help them in paying for all of their general day-to-day expenses back at home and for all of the future ongoing travel and medical expenses involved after treatment.
Any contribution you can give is truely appreciated and will go such a long way in helping Lijah and his family during this difficult time.
Annie and Jay are truely and wholeheartedly grateful for all the love and support they have and continue to receive from each and every one of you during this unimaginably difficult time.
For anyone interested in following Lijah’s journey at beating his diagnosis, you can follow their Facebook page called “Lijah’s Journey” for all future updates.
