Lighting has been by my side for 13 years. He’s not just my dog—he’s my best friend, my cuddle buddy, and my emotional support. Whether we were on the road or at home, Lighting has always been there for me, offering comfort and companionship through every chapter of my life. His loyalty and love have meant the world to me, and I can’t imagine these years without him.

Recently, Lighting’s health has declined. He’s started having seizures, and as much as it breaks my heart, I know it’s time to make the difficult decision to let him go peacefully. The costs for his veterinary care, euthanasia, and cremation are more than I can manage right now, especially as I’m struggling myself. I want to make sure Lighting’s final moments are comfortable and that I can honor him properly.
