Help Lighten the Load for Pastor Jeff MacKay & Family

Pastor Jeff and his family have been on quite the journey over the last week. As you may know this all started as his wife, Becky, was concerned over some symptoms he had been experiencing recently so he visited his doctor who recommended a CT scan which then led to an MRI several days later. Sunday night he was admitted into Allegheny General Hospital where he has since had multiple CT scans, MRIs and a bronchoscopy/biopsy which have revealed brain and lung cancer.

Pastor Jeff was released from Allegheny General Hospital last night (September 5). They are planning to meet with the oncologist next week to discuss treatment recommendations for the lung and brain cancer. At the current time, they are looking to treat the brain cancer with radiation which will involve three sessions that will be every other day.

Our goal is simply to lighten any financial burdens the MacKay family will incur during this time. As we all know just a single night in the hospital can be extremely costly. We will keep our financial goal as up to date as we can as we move forward in this new journey. All funds will go directly to the MacKay family. If you can't contribute financially I know they would appreciate your prayers just as much.
