I wanted to thank everyone for the amazing redponce.  I am humbled and I know Paul and Margaret will be so excited!!  In order Paul received his gift and extra funds while he is still feeling well I am going to close this May 6th.  Please share and let’s honor this couple!!

Paul Lara, a former NewTek'er and friend to so many of us, is facing some very serious medical challenges.  He has been recently diagnosed with Colon Cancer.  
We are wanting to raise money to send him a Texas Care Package of his favorite BBQ, sides, sauces, and some other Texas snacks and swag to raise his spirits.  

We need about $350.00 to do this, but any additional over our goal will be sent directly to Paul and Margret for a nice evening out, or medical and living expenses, or whatever they choose to do with it.

Paul is my best friend and I know he has been there for me and for so many others to lift us up when we were down, provide a smile and encouraging words when we needed them, and just to be a great friend.

Please join me in helping give a smile back to him in this tough time.
