Money Shouldn't Be A Worry Let Felicia Put Health
My name is Felicia Argento I'm a 40 year old single mother. Going back to November of 2020 I wasn't feeling myself. I was sleeping all the time and feeling extremely depressed. During this time I came across a lump on the left side of my neck. I went to my Doctor she told me I had nothing to worry about and the lump would go away. Feeling unsettled with her words I found myself going to the walk-in the following week. Tests and blood work were done all to come back negative. Moving forward to March 2021 not feeling any better throughout the months. I had woke up one morning with no voice and in alot of pain so I decided to go to the E.R. after many tests, bloodwork, Catscan with dye comparing MRI's and any notes from other Doctors they could they cam back with the heartbreaking news that I HAD CANCER !!! I have Tonsil/Throat Cancer.
On May 7th I had surgery to remove my left tonsil , my left lymph node and anything else my Doctor deemed necessary. I am an hour away at best from family and friends and my Doctors are an hour away from me . The cost of going back and forth gets pricey , parking , the special diet I have to be on. Radiation is happening within the next 3 weeks or so and it will be at least 6 weeks 5 days a week but can last on the upwards of 10 weeks depending on what is needed . And because of the time and distance of my treatments Uber is the best option available . Summer is quickly approaching and my 9 year old Jackson will need to be occupied daily. Camps and daycares/babysitters especially good ones come at a cost. All hospital and prescriptions aren't covered. Gas getting back and forth , maintenance for the car getting around , dental work that was ruined during surgery and is extremely painful. Each day little things add up more and more. Even though radiation is 6/10 weeks recovery from cancer and surgery can take months even years. All this isn't the easiest asking from anyone it takes alot of pride to do so. I have never been the kind of person to want or ask for anything. So I greatly appreciate what anyone can help with.

Money would be needed ASAP considering I have already gotten surgery on May 7th and radiation will follow quickly and summer is just around the corner. Again this amount isn't to top off 10 weeks my Doctors have made me aware of what lies ahead and what i have in store to come ahead. I know this isn't a easy road for myself or my family so again any kind of support is greatly appreciated .
