Help Lidia after dog attack

The day after Thanksgiving,  my sister and her elderly dog were attacked by two large vicious dogs who escaped their fence. Her dog succumbed to his injuries a week later, and Lidia had multiple bite wounds and needed surgery on her right  hand and a serious infection developed from the bacteria in the dog's mouth. Her finger will most likely never be the same. She is just starting back to work, it's been almost three months. The bills are enormous,  but I thought we could help her with some living expenses until she has regular paychecks since her savings is depleted and she had to charge a lot on her credit cards. Thankfully she is alive and healing, but a long road back to physical and economic recovery.
