Help Lida's Family Escape Afghanistan to Safety

Hello Everyone,

My name is Lida Hassni and with the help of family I am trying to finance money to help my remaining family flee Afghanistan to safety.

As the days progress the power and expansion of the Taliban in Afghanistan is increasing. Due to inflation the prices of visa and transportation has become a large expense. Although, I am trying as much as I can to fund for my family in Afghanistan, it is not enough. I am a mother of four children working full time to support my family here. There is not enough time for my family and I, in the US, to gather the funds for my family in Afghanistan. Therefore, I have created this GoFundMe page to escalate the process.

My aunt and two uncles still live and work in Kabul. Despite working very hard every day, they cannot afford a ticket for themselves and their family to get out of the country because of the sudden disaster that has fallen upon them at once. They all have children and grandchildren and money is very hard to come by.

I very badly want to help my family and save their lives. I am asking for this help because I know that the community on GoFundMe can help my family and change the potential outcome of their lives. They recently spoke to me and they were crying about their worries for themselves and their children. The Taliban does not have any humanity in them and they are scared for their future and their children. I am afraid that I will lose my family. My family that I grew up with. My family that I love. I strongly believe that anything is possible as long as you try. Therefore, any amount of donation is greatly appreciated. We will use this money to transport my family to Turkey or any bordering country that will allow them to seek refuge.

Due to high demand in Afghanistan for outbound flights, airline tickets have skyrocketed in terms of prices. It will cost at least $50,000 for visas, transportation, and legal help from advisors. I am requesting that the community helps my family fund half of the amount. Thank you for taking your time to read and listen to my story. I hope that we can help save the lives of my family before time runs out.
