Our daughter Liberty has earned an incredible honor — she has been selected to perform piccolo in the 100th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as part of the Macy’s Great American Marching Band. This national ensemble chooses top student musicians from across the country, and Liberty’s dedication, musicianship, and academic excellence made this opportunity possible.

Liberty has always poured her heart into music, spending countless hours practicing and balancing her passion with a 4.0+ GPA and college‑level coursework. Her commitment to excellence has inspired her teachers, friends, and family, and now she has the chance to represent her school and the state of Ohio on a world‑famous stage in New York City.

The overall cost for her participation includes the official program, required marching gear, and the essentials she’ll need throughout parade week. Our family will also be driving her to and from New York and staying nearby so we can support her throughout the week and watch her perform in person. Travel, lodging, meals, and parking during the trip add to the total expense.
