Cancer Treatment- Liberty Veloria

Our dear friend, Liberty was diagnosed with uterine cancer in February this year. In May, she underwent a total hysterectomy at St. Luke’s Hospital in Global City, Philippines. During the surgery, the doctors discovered that her cancer is aggressive and had actually reached Stage 3.  She would need further treatments such as chemotherapy and radaition. Since her return to Guam, she is receiving these treatments weekly and will need to do so for the next five months.  But now, there is a need for her to undergo another surgery to determine if the cancer has spread to her abdomen.  She is unable to work for the next twelve months, as ordered by her doctor, due to her fragile state. We are hoping to raise enough money to help Liberty go off island for surgery as soon as possible and complete her treatments.
