My mother passed away in March of this year, and it has been an incredibly difficult time for me. I loved her deeply, and when she left us, I wanted to honor her memory as best as I could. I paid for her funeral service myself, and it was all I could afford. Because of this, I was only able to pay for cremation, and I haven’t been able to buy an urn for her remains yet. Covering these expenses has left me unable to pay this month’s rent, and I am struggling to keep a roof over my head.

I am raising funds to help with two immediate needs: purchasing an urn for my mother’s remains and covering my rent this month. These are the things that would make the biggest difference for me right now, and would allow me to honor my mother’s memory while also keeping myself safe and secure.
