Hi everyone! My name is Liana and I’m currently completing my third year at NYU, pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Music Business. I’m a full-time student balancing 4 jobs, including my internship under Sony Music Entertainment, with my academic workload of 18 credits, as well as extracurricular clubs/organization.

While this is incredibly uncomfortable, I’m reaching out for help in this critical time due to an unexpected financial gap caused by a family structural change. This has put me at risk of being unable to complete my degree.

Most importantly, I was ⭐️ accepted into NYU’s Summer in Dublin program ⭐️, allowing me to reside and complete coursework in the prestigious Trinity College! Unfortunately, most of my typical financial aid package does not apply to summer term.

Aside from being an amazing form of experiential learning, this opportunity is critical as it would allow me to achieve academic credit and be part-time for senior year (meaning tuition would be significantly less expensive). In other words, it would make graduating, and doing so alongside my friends, more financially feasible.

At this point, it is impossible for me to make this work on my own, and I don’t want to lose the chance to finish my education / take this step towards long-term financial independence.

I’ve accepted scholarships, took on loans, and continue to work several jobs. I’m determined to finish my education, and having people believe in me right now would mean the world to me.
