We have created this fundraiser to benefit my sister-in-law, Mariuxi and her son, Liam (who is almost 4 y/o). On Saturday, May 20, 2023, her husband, Diego, died unexpectedly at their home in South Carolina. He was only 40 years old and was the sole income earner for the family at the time of his death. We are currently helping her wade through the chaos of sorting out his affairs and want to help Mariuxi and Liam tread water until they are able to recover from this unimaginable loss. As Mariuxi is preparing the next steps for herself and Liam, the goal amount we have set is to help cover their housing, food, and childcare costs for the next 3 months. We are so grateful for any amount donated to help our family in this time of crisis.

Hemos creado esta recaudación de fondos a beneficio de mi cuñada, Mariuxi y su hijo, Liam (tiene casi 4 años). El sábado 20 de mayo de 2023 su esposo, Diego, murió inesperadamente en su casa de Carolina del Sur. Tenía solo 40 años y era la única fuente de ingresos de la familia en el momento de su muerte. Actualmente la estamos ayudando a atravesar el caos de resolver sus asuntos y queremos ayudar a Mariuxi y Liam a mantenerse a flote hasta que puedan recuperarse de esta pérdida inimaginable. Mientras Mariuxi está preparando los próximos pasos para ella y Liam, el monto objetivo que hemos establecido es para ayudar a cubrir los costos de vivienda, alimentación, y escuela para Liam durante los próximos 3 meses.
