If you know Lexi, you know she has one of the biggest hearts. She is kind, compassionate, beautiful inside and out, and always the first person to care for others. She was excited to begin the next chapter of her life by starting cosmetology school and pursuing the career she had been dreaming of.

In an instant, everything changed.

Lexi was involved in a horrific car accident that left her with both of her legs broken, a broken pelvis, and many more injuries. She has already undergone her first major surgery, where doctors placed a rod in one of her legs, but this is only the beginning of an incredibly long and difficult journey. She will require multiple additional surgeries, months of rehabilitation, and extensive medical care. Right now, her future is uncertain, and doctors have told us she will be incredibly fortunate if she is able to walk again.

As devastating as this has been for Lexi, it has also turned her family’s world upside down. Her mom, Ashley, is by her side every step of the way and will need to take a significant amount of time away from work to care for her throughout her hospital stay, surgeries, and recovery. This means their household will be losing a much-needed income at a time when the financial burden is now going to grow.

We are asking for your help to ease some of that burden. Every donation—no matter the amount—will go toward medical expenses, rehabilitation, travel to appointments, daily living expenses, and helping replace the income lost while Ashley cares for Lexi.
