Help Lexi Overcome Tragedy and Finish College

Whoever knew Huey was privileged, whoever go to meet him, ride him, or see him was lucky.

Huey was apart of so many hearts, and touched so many souls. As for Lexi, this was her best friend, her guy to get her though college, the guy she ran to relieve stress before an exam. This horse was everything to that girl. She put all her money and time into that horse, her spirits are shattered. Her entire dream was wiped away January 15th at 8:30am when Huey was rushed down the night prior after finding him suffering from severe colic. In 8° weather and the slippery roads, time was ticking as he was hailed for two hours in the cold trailer falling down three times on the way. Once there, he was in so much pain and it was too late without going through surgery with a low chance of survival.

Unfortunately life takes the good ones too soon. Lexi has a bill to pay for this tragedy and should not be accountable for it on her own, nor her parents. Lexi is ONE SEMESTER away from graduation and needs the support from others. They have enough to grief and sorrow to deal with over the loss of their special boy. I ask everyone in the horse community or friends of the Beauchamp’s, even strangers, to come and help the family get through this time.

Help Lexi and her family get her through the last semester in college. Let’s do this together for Huey
