Help Lexi Bring DnD Magic to Life

If you know me, you know my biggest passion in life is Dungeons & Dragons. I suppose when starting a business one’s first goal is to make money, but I would argue tied to that is my goal of changing the understanding and perception of what Dnd can be. It is no longer what you see portrayed in shows like Stranger Things. It can be a game about the fateful night the Titanic sank. It can be a cooking competition for nutritionists. It can be trick or treaters running around Salem on Halloween. In a session you can be laughing uncontrollably at the beginning and moved to tears at the end. And it's only growing in popularity. In January, my brother and I went to see a game of professional Dnd players who sold out Madison Square Garden! With Dnd, our collective imagination is the limit and with the dice, we tell our story, creating a moment in time which can’t be duplicated.
I truly believe when I run a game for people, they leave my table connected. It is a gift for others and brings me immense joy and fulfillment. After a recent game I lead in LA, my friend Ryan encouraged me try to make my Dungeon Master (one who runs Dnd games) dreams a reality, which is why I officially launched my business, LexiTheDM.com.
I still require some supplies to host games. One of them is the ability to market effectively. I began grassroots marketing on 6/27 and am excited to continue. This includes a pop-up table through the summer in Boston and Greater Boston area parks, printed pieces like flyers and business cards, and potentially, ads. The greatest need however, is a dependable and reliable computer as this is a virtual business.
I am asking friends, family, and whoever wants to help support my dreams to give what you can. Although it feels odd to say, I know I am skilled at this and I have no intention of slowing down. I have been hooked on Dnd for almost 10 years now and I’m not stopping anytime soon. Your support would mean the world to me!
