Hello family and friends, as many of you know, our lives got turned upside down on January 24th, 2021. Lewis had emergency surgery for a bowel obstruction, which lead to an 8 day hospital stay. Not only did he have to deal with awakening from surgery all by himself (due covid restrictions) but also had to deal with adjusting to a colostomy bag. With a few small bumps in his recovery, we are so extremely grateful he is alive and doing well, gaining strength for his upcoming surgery for a colostomy take down in the near future. We appreciate every prayer and positive thought that was given to us during his tough recovery.
