Help Levi Woods Overcome Stage 4 Cancer
Donation protected
Brian and Ruth Woods, both Realtors for Century 21, have four children. Their son Levi, fifteen and a freshman at Winnsboro High School, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. On March 11, his parents took him to their family practitioner for a lump in his neck the size of a tennis ball. He ordered a CT scan, and the family spent 6 days at Medical Children's City Dallas, where they received the diagnosis on March 17. Levi had a biopsy and a port placed during his stay.
Currently, Levi is homebound schooling and has received two chemo treatments but will need a total of 12 treatments. At completion, they will do another PET scan.
At the time of diagnosis, the family did not have insurance and are not able to obtain insurance at this point, not even a quote, as Levi has a pre-existing condition. They are continuing to search for affordable insurance options.
Due to financial strain, travel, hotel stays, food, and medical bills, we ask if possible, please help support this family, and if unable, please pray for Levi and his full recovery.
