Hey everyone, it’s Levi. Since birth, I’ve lived life in a wheelchair — but I’ve never let that stop me from dreaming big or working toward independence.
One of my biggest goals has always been to drive on my own and have the freedom to go where I need to without depending on others. I’m currently working toward getting my driver’s license with hand controls, and I’m doing everything I can to make it happen.
What I need most right now is a wheelchair-accessible vehicle — something that’s already equipped with ramps or lifts so I can safely and easily get in and out on my own. Unfortunately, these vehicles are extremely expensive, even used ones, and they’re far beyond what I can afford on my own.
I’m raising $25,000 to help me purchase a reliable, accessible vehicle and cover any additional costs to make it fully adapted for me to drive safely and independently.
Having this vehicle would mean so much more than just transportation — it would mean freedom, independence, and the chance to live my life more fully. I’d be able to drive myself to appointments, visit family, and just do normal, everyday things that most people can do without thinking twice.
If you’re able to donate or even just share my story, I’d be forever grateful. Every bit of support helps bring me one step closer to independence.
Was able to lower the set price as I have found a vehicle I’d like to shoot for!!!!
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story and for helping make this dream possible.
- With gratitude,
Levi
