Help Leticia Onofre with Medical Expenses

Hello, this is Leticia Onofre. As some of you are aware, I'm currently in the hospital dealing with both cardiovascular and gastrointestinal issues.

According to the doctors here, they believe that they are connected due to me being on blood thinners, which has exacerbated my diverticulitis. While in the emergency room, I began having chest pains again, so they have been monitoring my heart as well.

I haven't been able to work since I was in the hospital back in April due to blood clotting in my heart. I'm currently on medical leave. Right now, my leave is on hold pending updated medical information being sent to the insurance company handling claim, so I'm looking at a potential delay in pay. I live alone, and unfortunately, my family is also dealing with their own hardships at the moment, so I don't want to add to their burden.

I am needing funds to cover medical expenses, cardiovascular rehabilitation, transportation, and living expenses while I'm waiting for my claim to be extended.
