Hi I’m Cindy Schoonover and I’m asking you for help for my friend and her daughter who literally one day to the next went from being a very healthy teenager who was extremely active in softball which is something she has loved since she was little to passing out with no warnings, the loss of feeling and movement of her limbs on the right side of her body for days which in turn has caused many doctor visits, emergency room visits to many hospitalizations. To add to all of this she suddenly started losing her hair in huge chunks. She has now been diagnosed with Ehlers, POTS, Alopecia, and Dysautonomia. Now they are being sent to a Mayo Clinic in Minnesota for their Pediatric Dysautonomia Program in hopes of finding of a treatment plan. This trip will be extremely costly so I’m asking for donations to help this family with travel, hotel, and food expenses and also for lost wages being mom Leslie has to miss work for this trip.
