Help Leslie, Santanu, and Sonya Stay Strong

Hello, my name is Leslie Mukherjee and my husband, Santanu, is at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital. He has cancer and is going through chemotherapy to treat it. He has been in the hospital since March 17, and because of that, we are no longer receiving a paycheck from his work.

We are working really hard to keep his spirits up and to make sure that he's safe and positive. We've heard from a lot of friends who are supporting him mentally and just making sure that he has the emotional support that he needs. I thank everybody for that emotional support. It's really made a difference.

I'm starting this GoFundMe page because we have monthly bills that we can't pay right now, and we have a car payment that we can't pay right now. I'm still trying to figure out if we still have health insurance, so I'm talking to the insurance company about that. But we do have hospital bills, utility bills, food, and just basic needs that would help my daughter and myself to continue being viable.

Some of the money that I hope to raise will go into a savings account after other bills are paid, so that would help us just be more stable than we are right now. That's why the goal is as high as it is: $15,000. I would be so grateful if anybody could donate to this GoFundMe page to help myself, my daughter, and my husband. We are local, living in Randolph, Massachusetts.
