Hello, my name is Leslie Hogan. I urgently need surgery on my left foot to repair damage caused by arthritis. I was widowed three years ago and I am now the sole support for myself and my disabled son. My job requires me to be on my feet 8 hours per shift, and I definitely reach my step goal! My employer provides insurance and benefits, but I need to pay my deductible and coinsurance before the surgery. I also deliver groceries and am a plasmapheresis donor to help make ends meet. We will be able to get by during my recovery, but right now there isn't enough to cover this one-time extra expense. Please help me to literally get back on both feet.
