My name is Leslie Baer I'm a 58 year old Mother, and Grandmother living in upper Michigan. I have been on at home Hemo dialysis for 13 years. I've had 15 heart-attacks leading me into double bypass surgery. Currently I am also fighting pulmonary hypertension. The Ph has caused horrible calcification in the arteries of my heart and my only chance at continuing my life is a heart-lung transplant. The only place willing to consider getting me seen and on a list is in Detroit, mi. I am asking for donations to help with travel, room and board, and food while in Detroit. I will be down there getting tests done for a few days in order to be listed. Thank you all so much.
