On Sunday night, my mom, Lesa, had a really bad slip in the shower. She hit her head on the side of the bathtub, resulting in a skull fracture, broken nose, shoulder contusion, pneumocephalus (also known as air in the brain), and an 8-inch laceration down the middle of her forehead, resulting in 9 stitches. She’s been in the hospital for the last two days getting multiple scans, some coming back abnormal. She’s in the hospital right now, hoping to get out soon and start recovery at home.

We’re hoping to create just enough funds to cover at least one month's rent so she can focus more on recovery and making a turnaround as soon as possible.
