Help Leonard Mack After Wrongful Conviction
In March of 1976, shortly after coming home from serving in the Vietnam War, I was wrongfully arrested and convicted of a crime I did not commit. Despite alibi witnesses and serological evidence that excluded me in 1976, I spent seven-and-a-half years in prison and have since lived with this wrongful conviction for 41 years. After nearly five decades, DNA testing has proved what I have advocated for all along—that I am innocent of this crime.
