Leon, my daughter's beloved cat, has been struggling with a serious medical issue. Over the past few weeks, he’s had repeated problems with his urethra being blocked. My daughter has already taken him to the vet twice to get him unblocked, but she was never able to afford the full treatment he really needs. Now, after only about a week, she’s back at the vet again, and it’s clear that Leon needs a more permanent solution.

The vet has recommended a surgery that would remove Leon’s penis, which would prevent him from ever being blocked again. While this surgery could save his life and give him a chance at a healthy, pain-free future, it comes with a significant cost. We’re currently waiting for an official estimate from the vet, but we know it will be a major financial challenge for our family.
