As a family, we have been going back and forth, debating if we should make a gofundme but if you know, my brother, you know he's not someone to ask for help but after long, considering as a family has decided to do it only because we don't think it's right that after spending 35 days in the hospital he got to go home to be with his family to only find out he's not out of the clear not only with his health but also with all these bills he was told he would not be able to go home if it wasn’t through an ambulance because he will be needing an oxygen tank and also a breathing ventilator that he needs to have plugged in, but they are not covered. He will have to rent these machines. He is already in debt 11,000, not including the hospital bills that he still has to pay. I know times are tough, and everyone is struggling, but we wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t necessary he is going to work because he absolutely needs the machines, and he has used all his sick time and vacation while he was in the hospital. His wife has reached out to the proper people in hopes of some help, but nothing has been done. COVID has taken over his life, and it’s not right that they don’t offer to at least cover the debt they are put in. Please, everyone, be safe and take care of each other.
