Leo came into our lives in 2021 when we adopted him from our local shelter. He had a rough start—dropped off as a sick kitten, returned twice by previous adopters, and already had multiple surgeries to help him heal. When we brought him home, he quickly became a beloved part of our family, always playful and full of life despite everything he’d been through.

Not long after joining us, Leo suffered two separate hip breaks, both requiring emergency surgeries. Through it all, he never lost his spunky spirit. He loves running through the house, playing with the dogs, and cuddling with us every chance he gets. He truly is the king of our home.

Recently, Leo became very quiet and not himself. We rushed him to the vet and learned his red blood cell count was dangerously low. He’s already had two blood transfusions, but his levels keep dropping and the vet is still searching for answers. We are pouring everything we have into saving Leo and making sure he gets the care he needs. The funds from this fundraiser will help cover the costs of tests, treatments, and any additional transfusions he may need. Our home is empty without Leo, and we are doing everything we can to make sure he gets to come home and continue his happy, full life. Thank you to anyone and everyone willing to help this little guy.
