Hi everyone!

We’re raising funds to help 14-year-old Leo travel to Sweden in May 2027 with his swimming club for an incredible opportunity — 5 days of training and competing at an international swim meet!

Leo has been swimming competitively for several years and currently swims at a national level and ranked within the top 10 in the UK for his age group. He’s been selected for Regional and National Pathway programmes two years running, which recognises swimmers with real potential to go far in the sport.

This trip is a huge step towards Leo’s dream of one day representing Great Britain at the Olympics. Competing abroad will give him valuable experience racing against top swimmers from other countries, helping him grow in confidence and skill.

As you can imagine, swimming isn’t a cheap sport, and with another child also chasing her dream in cycling, his parents work incredibly hard to support both of their ambitions.

We’re hoping to raise £1,100 to cover the cost of the Sweden trip — including travel, accommodation, training, and meet entry fees. Anything extra raised we’d love to give to his club to benefit another swimmer who needs that extra support.
