On Sunday morning, January 16th, a savage tornado ripped through a concentrated part of Fort Myers, Florida, leaving a trail of devastation in its wake. The home of much-loved grandparents, parents, family and friends Leo & Judy Violette was destroyed.

 

We are so grateful they were not home. They were at the local hospital where Judy is recovering

from major surgery with a severe cancer diagnosis on January 3rd.

 

Judy's diagnosis, an unexpected shock, is financially crippling, having amassed over $15,000 of out-of-pocket, unaffordable medical bills already.

 

Judy and Leo have just lost their home. Judy is facing cancer treatments and potential additional surgeries. They need a safe place to recover from these harrowing medical issues. They have lost their needed secure and healing place when safety, security, and healing are vital.

 

We are trying to raise $35,000 for Leo & Judy to help them find a new home and help with their medical costs so they can start to rebuild their lives. They will be married 50 years in July. Any help you can offer is truly appreciated.
