Help Leo Gonzalez in His Final Days

Leo is an amazing person, artist, father, uncle, and friend to everyone around him. He is the proud band member and creator of the Spanish Angels . He loves fixing muscle cars with his brothers. He also loves to cook out while spending time with family. Leo is a huge jokester and loves a good joke. His music, smiles, and jokes bring so much joy to everyone, including himself.

Leo has been suffering from liver cancer for the last two years. Fighting tooth and nail, Leo has battled long and hard. Our family has unfortunately received news over the last few months that he is not improving with treatment. His health has drastically changed to a point where his liver no longer exists. Getting a transplant at this point could also kill him. After fighting for the last week in the hospital, Leo has been told he has about a week to live as his kidneys are failing. We unfortunately are in a position where we have to make arrangements.

UPDATE 6/12/25: Lee Gonzalez has passed away the night of 6/10/25

My Uncle Leo was a good friend, a hard work, and a fighter. His last night with us was long, and hard. As a family we were praying he could get enough strength to come home and pass away somewhere more comfortable. He unfortunately was unable to become stable and was in so much pain/distress that we couldn’t take him home In his last hours he was surrounded by his brothers and sisters love and support. We insisted to the doctors to give him anything he needs to feel comfortable and the nurses did what they could.

We are still looking for support. To correct my previous statement Leo was suffering for the last 5 years with Liver Cancer. The last two years the cancer became very aggressive taking over his body. Because of this Leo did not have much to his name besides his collections due to him not being able to work. My family and I are pooling everything we can together to make this a special occasion for him while being able to keep his collections. We don’t have much and I am asking if you can spare anything that won’t hurt you financially, OR even just share this to your Facebook, instagram, etc. It all helps so much.
