Help Leo Get a Hysterectomy

My name is Leo and I am planning on getting a hysterectomy in 2025. I’ve been working on setting this surgery forward for over a year now, finding a surgeon, and getting my letters of recommendation to get insurance to cover it. I still don’t have a full answer on whether insurance will fully cover my surgery yet, but I’m hoping with some help from my community that the financial strain can be eased.

With the scary policies being put in place by our current administration, I am feeling so much more anxiety about getting this surgery as soon as I can. Between reproductive health under attack, transgender rights being under attack, and healthcare overall being under attack, this surgery is so, so important for me to be able to obtain to keep myself safe.

Anything you can offer will mean so much to me, and help me not only afford this surgery but afford to take the time I need afterwards to recover.
