I'm in need of a replacement power chair which I have had since 2013.  An in home assessment by an Occupational Therapist determined that the present chair should be replaced. 

The chair at a cost of $19,907.75 is partially covered by the government (which has been approved). My portion $8,095.75 is the amount that I require  in order to take delivery of the new power chair. I may be able to cover $2,095.75 at most.

The power chair is  necessary for my everyday basic functional needs.
