Help Lenana Girls Soar: Fund Their Science Education

Catherine is one of 35 girls at Lenana Girls High School in Kitale, Kenya, who want to pursue their dream career. However, they lack the science equipment to continue their studies and take their national exam. I am Sara Goff, the founder of Lift the Lid (www.lift-the-lid.org), a small, hands-on nonprofit. We are asking for your donation to help us buy reagents, lab supplies, and chairs to complete this ESSENTIAL CLASSROOM.

This milestone will also ensure approval from the Kenya National Examination Council to facilitate the Kenyan Certificate of Secondary Education exam (KCSE). That will allow our girls to take this all-important exam at their own school, where they are safe and have the best conditions for scoring high and making it to college. They want nothing more than to work hard and prove themselves so that they can make a difference for their families, communities, and globally.
