Hello everyone. I'm Lelu. I love nature, art, my friends, family, and my pets. I love getting to experience the wilderness by camping and exploring the state parks near me, but unfortunately, I was diagnosed with multiple chronic conditions last year (Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder, Degenerative Disc Disease ( in my L3-S1) bulging discs etc, and other GI disorders) that have left me needing to use a wheelchair and other mobility aids to get around.

Before my diagnoses, I was very active and loved to do extracurriculars like Taekwondo, hiking, camping, etc., but eventually stopped doing them due to the physical pain they were causing me every day. My wheelchair has been a huge help with getting me back into being more active and being able to continue my other hobbies and activities, including going to work. Unfortunately, I now need a new wheelchair since the one I have is currently starting to quickly go downhill in its condition, and I am having problem after problem with it. Most of these issues im having with it are serious and It is time for me to get a replacement especially since out of any of my aids, i use my wheelchair the most. (this situation makes sense because I bought it from Amazon, because no doctor would prescribe me one :(( and it was bound to be a lower quality product because of that.)

I am hoping to raise enough money to get a custom chair from the Paradox Project or ThisIsNotAWheelchair.com . I have attached 2 photos of me, and a picture of what my possible wheelchair would look like. I appreciate any and all help, even if it’s $1. Thank you all.
