My name is Lekeshia, and I’m reaching out because me and my kids are facing a very difficult time. On March 31, 2026, a fire started in the kitchen and destroyed our home, leaving us with nowhere to stay and almost all of our belongings lost to fire and water damage. Just a few months ago, we moved into my mom’s mobile home after she passed away in January. Losing her was already so hard, and now losing our home has made things even more overwhelming for me and my children.

Before this, I had asked for help with my other mobile home, but didn’t receive any support, so we made do as best we could. Now, after this fire, we truly have nothing left. We are in urgent need of a safe place to stay, clothing, and basic household items so we can start over. Every little bit of help will make a huge difference for us as we try to rebuild our lives from scratch.
