On October 6th, 2024 Alicia was admitted to Clinton Hospital Leominster's ICU department and placed in a medically induced coma on a ventilator. Alicia was med flighted to Boston on October 12th to receive more intensive care and continues to fight for her life. She is still on a ventilator, she is having clotting issues and her organs are shutting down.

Alicia's mother Leigh has been at the hospital by her daughter's side as much as the ICU allows.
