Help Leia's Family Get a Wheelchair-Accessible Van

Hi, I’m Leia, and I’m a part of a five-person, multigenerational household. I’m raising funds to buy a van that can transport an electric wheelchair, as my degenerative diseases have made it necessary. We also need a van to transport the five of us to school, appointments, and work. As of right now, it is very difficult for me to get around. I am using a cane full-time and have a manual wheelchair. The problem with a manual wheelchair and being my size is that it’s very hard for my family to push. An embarrassing problem, but one that is difficult for us to overcome.

A van would honestly change our life and make everything easier for us to accomplish. We really appreciate any help we get. Thank you for reading our story.
