Help Leia Get the Neurological Care She Needs

This is my sweet little 4yr old Leia. She’s inbred and I rescued her when she was 10 weeks old. She is my entire world and truly my shadow. She is as obsessed with me as I am with her. 6 months ago she started having seizures. The vet started her on Phenobarbital and that seemed to help. Within the last 24 hours she has had non stop cluster seizures with very little breaks in between the seizures. I took her the emergency vet on Saturday and they started her on Kepra but it’s not helping. The seizures have not stopped. I was referred to a neurologist, but the consult alone starts at $200+ and I just cannot afford that, not to mention what tests they will want to run to try to figure out our best course to take. I work 2 jobs and donate plasma regularly to just barely make ends meet. I am a single mom and do everything I can to make sure my daughter and my animals are cared for. I’ve never been a situation like this and I don’t know what to do. I need to help for my Leia. Im not ready to lose her, she deserves to get the help she needs. Thank you so much for your help
