My names Tina and I am appealing to ask for help to part fund a legal battle to ensure a young disabled Childs safety from Sexual Abuse.

Below is an account from the mother of the disabled child.

Background :

I was in a relationship with their father which turned very quickly to an abusive one after our Childs birth in which I was subjected to violence , assault, rape and eventually the worst experience .. the abuse of my young disabled child who was subjected to having to watch ( without my knowledge at the time) incest pornography as their father pleasured himself in front of them.. which I walked in upon one day.. this was the end of our relationship there and then! . I had no idea of his addition to pornography before this moment but soon learnt when I saw the hundreds of sites he had been visiting without my knowledge , they were vile ..

The police arrested him on over 10 counts including allowing a child to watch a sexual act however the Crown prosecution let us down as they used the issue of not being able to say if he got sexual gratification or not by our child being there to avoid charging him yet the evidence was there and the new ruling over this by Suella Braverman legally was not applied but should of been. The assaults on myself were ignored totally yet i had all the evidences.

The police were shocked that no charges came back but have kept the arrest on his files as feel it will not be long before something happens to someone else .. not a good outcome..

My Ex decided to take me to family courts however during talking to courts and judge he openly admitted his addiction to incest pornography, barely legal teen sex and a fantasy of incest sex ..highly concerning for me as a mum.

This was openly ignore by the judge who gave him open access and overnights with our child. Note` our child is non verbal so cannot say if anything happens to them either.

This has placed our child at risk from their father due to his fantasy of incest sex and his admission as not not knowing if he will act on this one day.

The legal system has ignore all professionals who have said our child has been affected by this with even the cps admitting they` had in their opinion based on evidences yet could not do anything and police referring to specialist children's abuse services for help for them due to what they witnessed.

During the court proceedings I was shocked to be told by the judge that I had " Allowed him" to Rape me - this happened after our Childs birth and whilst I had hundreds of internal stitches .. what woman would agree to this occurrence.

The Judge did tell him to just admit it if he had made a mistake and down played what the father had done even before the 3rd hearing as if it was nothing at all.

At present the court system has let my child and I down.

I am looking to help the mother above to fund help from one of the countries best barristers in this area Dr Charlotte Proudman who may be able to help sort out why none of the evidences including the testimony has been listened to or read properly allowing this alongside the judges openly appalling comments.

Issues still remain as to why no one has looked at the concerning admissions by the father in court and the concern still remains to every parent given the fantasy and addiction to incest porn and barely legal children and to when or if the fantasy becomes a reality.

We need to stop this happening before it gets to the point of other children being hurt.

We are looking to raise £25,000 to try and bring this back to court to fight the courts decision and to ensure not just the safety of the disabled child involved but other children's safety.
