This is Legacy. She is a 9 month old pocket bully. The litter she came from sadly caught an infection in the womb and out of ten puppies only four survived. Legacy walked for the first 8-10 weeks of her life. However she never walked "normal" her legs always seemed weak and her hind end would curve. Her spine seems to be protruding and curving as well as the vet said some of her organs are out if place. She sort of seems like a swimmer syndrome but it's not. She also has uncontrollable movement and shaking which leads us to be leave she has some sort of neurological issue going on. She tries to use her front legs but will collapse with in seconds. At points she shakes so bad she seems to be having a seizure. The vets did a few tests and x-rays and couldn't find the answer. She is going to need a specialist and probably multiple surgeries to get her up and walking. The beautiful girl will need a wheel chair most likely and that's ok. She is fighting and trying everyday to move but her tremors and legs just don't allow her to. She is a sweet little doll and doesn't deserve to be out down over not having the money to cover the testing and physical therapy she will need to recover. If you have it in your heart please donate anything you can (every thing counts) She will need hundreds of hours of therapy, x-rays, cat scans , and what ever else it takes to give her a good quality of life. Please help us get Legacy up on her legs Thank you from Legacy and her family She will be so happy to run around with her big brothers one day and not have to sit on the side line. If we aren't able to get her the necessary care sadly euthanasia would be our only option. She just started her life and I don't want to see it end so young. She is special needs and that just makes her that much more special !
