Lee-Ron is one of those rare people who always puts others first. We met in acting class, and from the very beginning, I was struck by his generosity and kindness. He’s the kind of friend who bakes cookies for everyone, shows up when you need support, and never asks for anything in return. In every community he’s part of, Lee-Ron is known for his warmth and willingness to help others.

Last week, Lee-Ron’s apartment garage flooded during the heavy rains, and his car was completely totaled. What makes this even more heartbreaking is that he had just invested in a lot of services and repairs for his car, hoping it would last him for years to come. Now, he’s left without reliable transportation, and his insurance doesn’t fully cover a rental car, making it urgent for him to find a replacement soon.

I’m reaching out because I know how much Lee-Ron means to so many people, and I want to help him get back on his feet. The funds raised here will go directly toward helping Lee-Ron buy a new (to him) car so he can get to work, stay connected with his communities, and continue being the generous, supportive person we all know and love.
