Help Leeland with last wishes and expenses

My name is Elizabeth I am the mother of 4 and blessed to be mother to one of the most amazing and spiritual young man I've ever known . My son Leeland just had his 14th birthday last week and was soon after taken to hospital with collapsed lung and pneumonia. See my son was born with a rare form of muscular dystrophy only 16 known cases in the USA and we have been told since he was born not to expect much but my son if a fighter and boy has he fought the fight. Leeland has been on life support twice and pulled through spent weeks and months over the years in the hospital being poked and prodded on machine that he is now stuck on had so many surgeries I've lost count and he has always kept a positive attitude never once did depression hit him .He has always said he is blessed. Over the last year the MD had taken alot out of him even down to the ability to feed self. Anyways a few day ago Lee was move to palliative care team and sat me down like grown man to tell me he needed me to sign a DNR for him and needs me to understand .He want no more machines no more needles and more surgeries. The hardest think I have ever had to sign . He is in so much pain everyday and meds only help so much . If to much give he hate the high feeling and laying like a vegetable with fuzzy brain so he deals with pain. He said he is tired of fighting and just can't anymore. He has given it to God and he is ready when God is so He is now planning his own funeral and plans however there are a few things he would like to do before God takes him home. This is a pain no mother should ever have to have helping plan her babies funeral . Anyone he has ever come across has been blessed in one way or another by my son . Now I'm going to try everything in me and everything I have to make sure his last wishes are met. I hope and pray for others to have it in there hearts to help make my babies last wishes and his final days on his way to the mansion God has prepared for him the best . If you can't afford to help I understand I just ask for prayers and please share so someone that can help might . May God bless each and everyone who took the time to read this .
