For those who don't know Lee has been involved in a serious motor bike accident in Bali. This resulted in significant head trauma and extensive damage to his body. Initially he was put into a medically induced coma to ease pressure on his body and allow him the best chance of recuperating.

He has been cared for in a hospital in Bali, and then by family and friends in his own Bali home. The decision has been made to transfer him back to Australia to continue medical consultation and care.

Lee will have a long recovery ahead of him and not surprisingly the costs of medical care and transport are accumulating quickly. Costs are already in excess of $100,000, with the medical flight alone costing $20,000.

While we feel that Lee would be uncomfortable taking from his mates, it is our hope that by each person making a small, affordable contribution it could grow to an amount that will ease some of Lee's financial pressure.
