Hi, my name is Lee, and reaching out for help is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I’m a single parent to three wonderful children, and right now I’m doing everything I can to keep our family together. Every day, I’m applying for jobs, connecting with temp agencies, and attending job fairs, but finding work is tough when I have to juggle childcare for my little ones. On top of that, I’m battling depression, but I keep pushing forward because my children are my motivation and my strength.

My biggest worry right now is losing the stability my children need. I’m asking for help to cover two months of rent, pay our utility bills, and afford daycare for my two youngest children. Having reliable childcare would allow me to attend interviews, job fairs, and accept work opportunities without worrying about who will care for my kids. I’m also working hard to build my own cleaning business, hoping to create a better future for us. My goal is to get through this difficult season and stand on my own again.
