Help Lee and his family get back to a normal life

Hi. I'm Lee
In early 2020 I had shortness of breath thought maybe covid. Test came back negative for covid. So was told I have asthma gave me inhaler sent me home. Shortness of breath kept getting worse. Went to my doctor again still negative for covid. Said allergies take benadryl. Sent me home. Went to urgent care with swollen feet and legs. Urgent care doctor said edema you have to get your heart checked. Talked my doctor into referral to cardiologist in Saint Paul. They did a echocardiogram and found out my heart was at 20-25% supposed to be at healthy 60%. So I was diagnosed with severe congestive heart failure. So all summer and fall of 2020 was pills to try rebuild heart. It failed. November 2020 they put in a difibulator because they said my heart didn't improve enough. I was now at 15-20% heart function.
Started improving only 1 shock from difibulator on December 22. Then went till April with no problems except a little edema. But felt great until first covid shot. Less than a week later shocked again by difibulator rushed to Wyoming ER told heart raced over 250 bpm. That's why I got shocked. Went to Abbott Nw - Minneapolis heart institute told heart is really bad start transplant list. Or LVAD IMPLANT. Did cardiac catheterization and told my heart was worse than they thought. Released from hospital next day told to start knocking out requirements for transplant list. So the next week I got my 2nd covid shot by order of the cardiologist. Next day in county market in north branch I went down with multiple shocks from difibulator. Rushed to Abbott Nw ER. I only remember being in ER. The rest is what I was told after I woke up several weeks later. My heart was damaged from the difibulator going off so many times they had to put me on the heart and lung machine. I had 6 surgeries in 1 day to save my life. While at hospital tested negative for covid than positive. Sister believes I got it from ventilator. 21 days in quarantine I woke up and didn't believe I was alive because I was not allowed to see anyone. So I went down by myself and woke up from coma by myself. People where there before I was diagnosed with covid but I don't remember that and they said I don't want to. Could not do transplant due to having covid. Any how woke up with LVAD IMPLANT which is a pump inside my left ventricle that pumps blood threw my heart cause my heart is now at 10%. Had to learn  how to do everything again from eating to walking.  Could talk but slurred a little they said. Mid June I was finally allowed visitors again but only one a day. End of June after finishing rehab at Courage Kenney I was released to my parents house because it was single level. While recovering at my parents house my well went out at my home several thousands later pump replaced. Moved back to my home end of July beginning of August. Started cardiac rehabilitation in August. But the bills are adding up and not stopping. So with stress of bills and other life stressors. Falling behind on the goal of getting better. On October 27 the unthinkable my difibulator went off again I thought and was told I was getting better and now that happened. PTSD AND ANXIETY ARE OFF THE WALL NOW. I want to get back to normal life they told me that people who have LVAD IMPLANT do live normal lives. But with all the stress of bills and raising the two grandbabies. Life is hard but to damn if after all I've been thu these last two years would I ever give up. So please help if you can if not at least pray for us. Thanks.
