Hello friends,
I unfortunately started the New Year with an urgent dental crisis, after years of lack of access to dental care. Since then, my jaw and tooth pain has increased exponentially, I’m limited to a no-chew diet, and I need a lot of expensive dental work to be able to chew again. To make things worse, I hate soup. I am trying to raise money as quickly as possible so I can have the required work, save my teeth, and be back to chewing solid food.
I need to save three molars. Each molar will need root canal therapy and a crown, $3000 per tooth. In total, I will need $9000 total to save these three teeth. The root canals will get these teeth out of pain, and the crowns will allow me to chew with them again.
I am trying to raise the funds in three stages to get all of these molars done as soon as possible, so I can get back to chewing. My goals are:
$3000 by January 28th -- first tooth
$3000 by February 4nd -- second tooth
$3000 by February 11th -- third tooth
Of course, if I can raise the total $9K before mid-February, that would be ever better! I would love to raise these funds as soon as possible, because I can only chew again when all three of these teeth are done. I would love to celebrate Pisces season (and my birthday!) with some real food!
Dental work is extremely expensive and requires payment up front in order to start the work, so I’m trying to fundraise as quickly as possible. All of these procedures need to happen together in order for the emergency to be resolved.
I hate to find myself here and it feels wildly vulnerable to ask, but I need help.
Thank you for reading, considering, sharing, giving - every bit helps!
Lee
